Do you cover my part of South Carolina?
Start with the city list on this page. If you do not see your town, call anyway, because we cover a good bit of the region beyond the pages we have built out. We service homes across South Carolina along with Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky and North Carolina, so there is a decent chance we already run a route near you.
My AC runs all day in August and the house still feels sticky. Is that a repair?
It can be. South Carolina humidity is the real load here, and a system that runs constantly without pulling moisture out is usually low on refrigerant, short on airflow, or oversized for the house. Before you call, change the filter, make sure every supply vent is open, and clear grass and leaves back from the outdoor unit. If it still runs long and damp, we will come measure what the system is actually doing rather than guess.
How fast can you get out for an air conditioner repair?
Call us and we will give you a real window instead of a maybe. Hot spells fill the schedule fastest, so mornings after the first 90-degree stretch and the first hard cold snap are the busiest days of the year. No-cooling and no-heat calls move up the list ahead of maintenance visits.
What should I have ready before the technician arrives?
Know the age of the system if you can, where the outdoor unit and the indoor unit sit, and what you have already tried. Check the thermostat batteries and settings, look for a tripped breaker, and note whether the problem is the whole house or one or two rooms. Clear a path to the indoor unit, whether that is a closet, an attic hatch or a crawlspace door, and pen up any dogs.
I smell gas near my furnace. What do I do?
Get everyone out of the house first. Do not flip switches or light anything. From outside, call 911 or your gas utility and let them shut it down and clear the building. Once they say it is safe, call us and we will look at the heating equipment. Same rule if a carbon monoxide alarm sounds: outside first, emergency call second, us third.
How it works
- Step 1
Tell us the symptom
Call or fill in the quote form and describe what you hear, smell or feel. Warm air, short cycling, a breaker that keeps tripping. That gives us a head start on the likely cause.
- Step 2
We diagnose on site
A technician checks the thermostat, airflow, electrical connections, refrigerant performance and the outdoor unit. We work the crawlspace and the attic too, because ductwork and drainage cause more trouble than people expect.
- Step 3
You decide, then we fix it
We explain what failed, what it takes to repair it, and what we would watch next season. No work starts until you say go. Most repairs finish the same visit when parts are on the truck.

Why homeowners call us
- Mixed heating is normal to usHeat pumps, propane furnaces and dual-fuel setups all behave differently in cold weather. We know how a heat pump should sound in the thirties and when the backup heat is doing too much of the work.
- We go under the houseRed clay crawlspaces hide crushed ducts, sweating lines and standing water. Comfort problems often start down there, not at the unit, so we look before we start replacing parts you may not need.
- Plain explanationsYou get told what broke and why, in words that make sense. If a repair is a short-term patch on an aging system, we say that out loud so you can plan instead of guessing.
- One crew, six statesWe serve homeowners across Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Same approach in every one: show up, diagnose properly, repair what needs repairing, leave the space clean.
- All major brands, gas & electricOne independent crew for Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem and more.
- Straight answersNot worth fixing? We say that out loud, and often it saves you the visit fee.
