How this company works
We work the houses we know. Heat pumps in the valleys, propane furnaces and dual-fuel setups up the ridges, and red clay crawlspaces with ductwork that has been patched by three different hands. That mix teaches you to look at the whole system instead of swapping the first part you see. We are not affiliated with any manufacturer, so nobody upstairs tells us which brand to put in your closet or beside your porch. We diagnose the system you own, tell you plainly what it needs, and put a written quote in your hands before any work starts. If a repair makes more sense than a replacement, we say so.
What a visit looks like
We cover homes across Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee, from valley subdivisions to ridge houses on long gravel drives. Scheduling runs Monday through Sunday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and the fastest way to get on the board is a phone call. The quote form works too, and it helps to include the system type, the age if you know it and what the house is actually doing.
- 1We listen before we open anything You tell us what the house is doing. Warm rooms upstairs, a furnace that short cycles, a breaker that keeps tripping. We ask about age, past repairs and which vents never seem to blow.
- 2We test the system end to end Thermostat, electrical, airflow, refrigerant circuit, heat source and the ductwork under the house. We check the crawlspace when it matters, because a good unit tied to leaking duct still leaves you hot.
- 3We quote it in writing, then work You get the findings in plain words and a written quote before we start. You decide. Nothing gets replaced, added or ordered until you have told us to go ahead.

What will a visit cost?
Diagnosis first, written quote second, work third, and only if you say yes.
What hours do you work?

How it works
- Step 1
Tell us the symptom
Call or fill in the quote form and describe what you hear, smell or feel. Warm air, short cycling, a breaker that keeps tripping. That gives us a head start on the likely cause.
- Step 2
We diagnose on site
A technician checks the thermostat, airflow, electrical connections, refrigerant performance and the outdoor unit. We work the crawlspace and the attic too, because ductwork and drainage cause more trouble than people expect.
- Step 3
You decide, then we fix it
We explain what failed, what it takes to repair it, and what we would watch next season. No work starts until you say go. Most repairs finish the same visit when parts are on the truck.

Why homeowners call us
- Mixed heating is normal to usHeat pumps, propane furnaces and dual-fuel setups all behave differently in cold weather. We know how a heat pump should sound in the thirties and when the backup heat is doing too much of the work.
- We go under the houseRed clay crawlspaces hide crushed ducts, sweating lines and standing water. Comfort problems often start down there, not at the unit, so we look before we start replacing parts you may not need.
- Plain explanationsYou get told what broke and why, in words that make sense. If a repair is a short-term patch on an aging system, we say that out loud so you can plan instead of guessing.
- One crew, six statesWe serve homeowners across Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Same approach in every one: show up, diagnose properly, repair what needs repairing, leave the space clean.
- All major brands, gas & electricOne independent crew for Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem and more.
- Straight answersNot worth fixing? We say that out loud, and often it saves you the visit fee.
